How CostumeWalk AI handles your photos, videos and personal data
CostumeWalk AI ("we", "us") is operated by TrendReel AI. This policy explains what we collect when you make a video, why, who processes it, and how long we keep it. Contact: support@costumewalkai.com.
What we collect
- Photos you upload. Used only to make the video you ordered.
- Videos we generate for you.
- Your email address, entered at checkout or when you create an account, to send your video link and order emails.
- Order details: template, costume, version, payment status and timestamps.
- Account data if you sign up (name, email, sign-in provider) to manage credits.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and anonymous analytics.
We do not collect card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record.
How we use your photos
Your photos are used only to generate your video:
- An automated review checks that a photo shows one clear face, no minors and no explicit content.
- The photo is sent to our AI video provider to render your video.
We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models, and we do not sell them or publish them. Your video is private: only people with your order link (or your signed-in account) can view it.
Who processes your data

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it in other countries, including the United States and China, under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep it
- Photos and videos: deleted automatically 30 days after your order. Photos from unpaid orders are deleted after 24 hours.
- Order records and emails (without photos): kept for accounting and refunds for as long as legally required.
- Account data: until you delete your account in Settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your photos and video right away, by emailing support@costumewalkai.com from the address you used. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
CostumeWalk AI is not for people under 18, and photos of minors are not allowed.
